multifactor authentication

I would like to have a multifactor authentication feature.

There is only master password authentication for sticky password now.
If anyone hack my computer and take the password file, the file is only protected by the master password.

If there is another additional authentication method,the password file will be more security.
For example, I can protect the password file with master password and a key file in KeePass, I need provide both the key file and master password to unlock the password file.
