Multiple accounts per URL

In some cases I need to create multiple accounts for a single domain name, and I can't see how to do this. For example my own domain name is sylvester-bradley.org. I need one account for my web hosting control panel, which is accessed via www.sylvester-bradley.org:2082. I also have several protected areas within my web site each of which have different logon criteria. So for example I need an account for www.sylvester-bradley.org/private, another for www.sylvester-bradley.org/rowan/upload etc.

How do I set this up?
