windows crashes when exiting sticky password

I use sticky password 4 for several months without any problems but suddenly my windows crashed every time i close sticky password.
I can only move my cursor but unable to click or even to push the power button.

Have tried to reinstall sticky password but the problem persists.
I'm using Windows XP SP3 on a laptop.

Please help.

No, i didn't add or change anything on my computer.

my version is 4.1.1.190

please try to update your Sticky Password to the latest build 4.1.3.195.

I've installed the latest version but i still got the problem.

FYI, i tried using sticky password 5 free, and it works well.
