Unable to access USB drive with Win Explorer

only happens on my office computer (part of a domain network) - running win XP SP3

when I plug in the USB drive, I get the password dialog - thereafter when I try to access the other data on the USB drive (or other programs) - thru Win Explorer - all I get is the taskbar pop-up menu from SP.

I am able to access the drive using other file utilities (e.g. Total Commander) - just can't do it with Win Explorer.

Any ideas?

our developers are recently working on this issue. Please send us your system info at support@stickypassword.com and copy also this Forum post to the e-mail.

The System info file can be found by

1) Right-clicking on the Sticky Password icon in the System tray icon
2) Select Help
3) Click on "System info..."

A window will appear with the pertinent Sticky Password technical information that will be used to analyze your issue. NO passwords are included in this information! We do NOT know or collect any password information.

4) Click the Copy button and paste it in a response to the e-mail.

We will let you know when the issue will be fixed.
