With the new update of Firefox, Sticky Password is no longer functional...


"Sticky Password Autofill Engine is incompatible with Firefox 4.0.1"


====> A solution?
How to solve this compatibility problem?

Hi customer,

Sticky Password 4 doesn´t work with the latest version of Firefox 4.0.1 yet as it´s an older version of our product. We´ll fix it.

The latest version Sticky Password 5 works correctly with this build of Firefox.

Licensed users of a previous version of Sticky Password can upgrade with 40% discount of the price of Sticky Password 5.

This version is not yet very old.But I understand. Software and browsers evolve very quickly. Too much perhaps?

Yes, the development of new versions of browsers is really quick.

But Sticky Password 4.1 is still supported. As I wrote you, we´re preparing a maintenance build with major fixes.

A Sticky Password license is lifetime for a purchased version. We´re planning a new version each year. Supported is a latest version and a previous version of Sticky Password (that means updated). If you are a licensed customer, you can of course anytime contact our customer support to discuss possible solutions.

You say you plan every year a new version and only the current and the last to be supported. So I have to buy an upgrade every two years to work with current browsers.

I bought my version 4 a year ago and now I'm waiting for two weeks on an update.

Is this the moment to change your Upgrade Strategies!
Or should I change my software strategy?

Hi,

the fix for version 4.x will be fixed later. For version 5 of Sticky Password it was already fixed. There is a 40% discount for all users, when upgrading to version 5.
