Beta License is expired and no way to go back to version 4

Today i got the message that the trail version is over, so i cannot use it anymore.
It tells me to buy a license but the site only shows version 4 (which i already have a license for)

I uninstalled the beta and installed versio 4 but now i am not able to load a back up.

I hope this issue will be resolved fast because for year i am using stickey on daily base. Always happy with the software but now i cannot use it anymore and can't memorized the passwords which are stored

Did you enter the beta license key? My Sp5 beta will run for another 54 days

Thanks for you responde. Unfortunatly it does not help. Yes i used the beta license but it keeps saying that the key is invalid.

I truely hope support will have a solution for this

Hi,

please help urgently!

I've installed a new graphics card and now I have the same problem, ie. I'm told that the beta trial period has expired. And nothing is filled automatically anymore (makes me realize how convenient that is )

How can I fix this?

False alarm! While re-installing the card I had detached the power cord and the date in the bios had been set to 1900 or something....I've re-synchronized date/time now and everything is up and running again...
