Sticky Password 5 Beta Expired :(

I have been using the 5.0 beta version for a while. Now it tells me
that my license has expired. I tried to revert back to version 4 (I've
got a license for it), and I was unable to do it, since the
default.pws file from beta 5 doesn't suit version 4. Now I cannot
access my password database, despite I've got the license for version
4 and the database from 5.0 Beta. Please, assist.
