SP stores passwords online or on my computer?

I have not been able to desipher if SP stores passwords online or on my computer.
Also, is purchase of SP required yearly or by version?

Hello,

all passwords are stored on your PC, they are not being sent online or anywhere. Everything is offline and locally stored.
Purchase of Sticky Password is required by version.
