On this site https://www.fintro.be/portal/start.asp, a bank site over ASP when I use FireFox I met a problem.
In the section «Manual from edit» inside SP5 into an account, I'm not able to choose between both language «Français» or «Nederlands» so I'm not able to reach the good formular.
