Deleted logins not deleted

I deleted a login - because Sticky saved a login that had an incorrect username as well as saving a later login with the correct username. I went into the database and manually deleted the incorrect one. There is now only 1 login listed for that website in the database. When I go to the website however, sticky pops up a box showing two login options - the correct/current one and the deleted one. How do I permanently remove the incorrect information? As it is has been deleted and is not showing up in my database where is this information being pulled from and how do I remove it?

Maybe there is another account with different name, but with similar link. Try to begin typing the main part of the URL to the top right search field in Manage Database to discover any similar accounts associated with this URL.
