Unable to install Firefox Autofill plugin

Does anyone else have this problem? The "Autofill plug-in shows up in the plug-in manager, yet when I click on the "Caption Bar" icon, I get the message that the Autofill is NOT installed.

Also, when I click on the Caption Bar icon, I get the message that Autofill plug-in is NOT installed. Also when I click on the "Caption Bar" icon, it is not listing my accounts, nor my secure documents.

I will appreciate anyone's help.

Try to reinstall add-on manually:

1. Close Firefox browser window.
2. Go to the Sticky Password settings (systray - Settings).
3. On the Supported browsers tab choose Mozilla Firefox.
4. Press Uninstall button and then press Install Button.

Run Firefox and try to fill desired website again.

If it will not help you, please repeat all the steps above, but run Firefox before.

As directed, I tried it again several times and I end up with the same results - the plug-in shows up in the addon manager but when I click on the "caption" button, it tells me that it is not installed.

I tried it in IE 8 and Google Chrome, where there it works as it should.

Is there another way to install the plug-in?

we´ve made many improvements in Firefox support.
