Safely Remove Mass Storage device Problem

I am evaluating Sticky Password after using AllPass for years.
Happy with all functionality. But I am just having one little problem.
When I Exit Sticky Password, it appears to exit OK & the process is gone from the task manager, but when I the come to "safely Remove" the USB device via the windows system tray, it takes a while & then I get "The device cannot be stopped because a program is still accessing it" message.
I have tried disabling AV, Firewall etc but cannot nail down the cause. Also Allpass did not do this, on the same PC config, which leads me to think that it's a particular isssue with Sticky Password integration.

I am closing the browser before device removal.
I am interested if you can reproduce this issue.
If it helps, I am using Sticky Password without a master password & do not have the caption button set to appear in IE. (have Firefox installed, but have the plugin disabled for FF as I don't need it on FF)
Could it be the fact that Hot Keys are on by default? Or something to do with the encryption?
I am just thinking if the PC/OS is still communicating somewhere/has handles etc.

If you have any ideas or want me to try anything this end to help or narrow down the issue, shout up.

In order to assist us in resolving your issue, kindly send us the information included in the Sticky Password 'System info' file.

The System info file can be found by

1) Right-clicking on the Sticky Password icon in the System tray icon
2) Select Help
3) Click on "System info..."

A window will appear with the pertinent Sticky Password technical information that will be used to analyze your issue. NO passwords are included in this information! We do NOT know or collect any password information.
