Roboform transfer issue

I cannot transfer my passcards from Roboforom to Sticky Notes. Sticky Notes does not find the Roboform data. The message then says to go to Roboform passcards list but no such command expists in my Roboform. I can go to User Data and there is an Export button; however, that only exports one passcards at a time.
I have 100 passcards so I would really like to do a mass import.

How do i import passwords to Roboform from sxipper? My sxipper passwords are in an Excel document. I want to import the passwords in this document into RoboForm. since sxipper doesn't work with firefox 4.
