why does sticky password time out?

If the purpose is to protect the computer , why do you have to reunlock all the time when you are studying a page for a while. Is there siome way to change the time the program stays on. I've looked for something but it must be in the install part of the program.

Is the computer safe when online and sticky shuts down?

Hi,

yes, this is a security feature. Your computer is of course safe when Sticky Password locks itself. The reason of this feature is protection of your data when you leave your computer without locking your database.

You can change the auto locking time or switch this feature off in Sticky Password Settings - Database tab - Automatic locking.
