Add to Frequently Used Accounts

I searched in the help, but can't find any way to add an account to Frequently Used Accounts. Can this be done? If so, how. If not, why not? Thanks.

No, you can't add that manually. You have to use the desired account frequently and then you will have it in Frequently used Accounts. By using it frequently I mean - activating it. Autofilling that account.
