Nothing is filling in automatically

When I go to any site that requires a user name and password, I have to put them in manually. Sticky Password is not working on any of them. I am using Thunderbird 3.1.14 and Firefox 6.0.2. SP says that these applications are installed. I don't know when this first started but noticed it a few days ago. Any ideas how to correct this problem? Thanks.

Which version of Sticky Password are you using please?

You can find it in the Main Menu from the System tray icon - Help - About Sticky Password.

Sticky Password 4.1 doesn´t support Firefox 6 as it´s an older version of our product. We have decided to solve this problem by offering a free update to Sticky Password 5.0 to the customers with this issue instead of making a new update for Sticky Password 4.1 now.
