SP offers to change password

Hello!

Every time I login @ [url]myuhc.com[/url], S.P. offers to change the password. I have explored the issue myself and found out that the new password being offered is the same as the actual one but all in caps. I don't know where S.P. is getting that. I even deleted that entry in the database, closed S.P., reopened, visited the site again and filled in the fields manually. I made sure CAPS key was OFF. Then, S.P. offered to save the entry, so I clicked OK. I went to the database and it shows as xyz123. I closed the browser, reopened it, went to the website, S.P. dialog comes up automatically asking me to change the password to XYZ123. I have done all I could do to solve the issue myself, but now I need help.

Hi Lucia,

it seems that the problem is on the side of the website. Maybe it´s some security feature. The site changes entered password to capitals.

We are unfortunately unable to do anything with this issue right now.

We are trying to contact the site´s webmaster for more info. Also we will try to make some exclusion for this site.
