Can two licenses view-edit same password database?

If I purchase two licenses of SP Pro and install it on two PCs, can both installations view/edit the same password database (assuming they are on the same network)? I have a WHS server and would also like to store the database centrally on my server. Is that possible? Thanks.

Hello, unfortunately you can not view/edit them at one time. You can only switch from the database locations through Settings, but it is not possible to run 2 instances in parallel. We are working on this improvement, but it will take some time. Thanks for understanding.

I purchased two licenses for SP 6 last night. I had the trial version installed on my laptop and on my desktop. I was able to have both of them pointed to the same database file but like you say, if it was unlocked on one machine, it locked on the other. No big deal really. My wife (laptop) and I (desktop) will rarely need to use it at the same time. Thanks.
