How can I upgrade to the newest version of Sticky Password?

I just paid for 5 in May 2012. You guys want me to pay to upgrade after two and one-half months? This is ridiculous.

I bought a 3 licence pack for version 5. Upgrading all 3 to version 6 is almost the same price (very slightly lower) than buying a 3-licence-pack for version 6 new. This does not correlate to the 40% discount people get for a single licence upgrade.

So the 3 licence purchase becomes pointless when it's upgrade time as you're basically paying the same again. It's not an upgrade price. It's a new price (very close to). I won't be upgrading unless this is addressed.

Price of an upgrade to Sticky Password 6 for 3 computers is 29.99 USD. The 40% discount is really applied. The price of a new license for 3 computers is 49.99 USD.

Just insert your current License Key to the online upgrade form at:

In the next step the possibility to upgrade 1, 2 or 3 licenses will be available.

Each of these licenses has it´s own discounted price. You probably tried to purchase 3 Sticky Password 6 licenses for 1 computer. Then the price is of course calculated 3x17.99 USD.

It´s necessary to select a license for 3 computers.

I didn't try at all because it wasn't clear. All of the site documentation and the upgrade prompt would indicate the scenario I described above which is why I didn't even consider the upgrade.

I will attempt to go to the next step from the upgrade link, though it is counter-intuitive, and input as you have described and hopefully upgrade my 3 licenses at the discounted price.

Thanks for the info and whilst this forum may provide an answer for those seeking it I would suggest making the purchasing information clearer so that you don't lose out on multi-license holders who might otherwise refrain from upgrading.
