Firefox Caption Button

In firefox I don't have a Caption Button anymore, Firefox is also not listed in the Caption Button list in the settings. Is this a bug?

Also when right clicking the sticky password icon, I can't see any of my password folders anymore, I couldn't find find out how to enable this again. Is that possible?

Hi,

Please navigate to Settings - Supported browsers and check if Firefox is listed as "Installed". If it´s not installed, install it by pressing the "Install" button. If it's installed, uninstall it by pressing the "Uninstall" button and then reinstall it by pressing the "Install" button".

Can you see your accounts in your database? When exactly has this issue appeared? Have you made some updates?

In order to assist us in resolving your issue, kindly send us the information included in the Sticky Password 'System info' file.

The System info file can be found by

1) Right-clicking on the Sticky Password icon in the System tray icon
2) Select Help
3) Click on "System info..."

A window will appear with the pertinent Sticky Password technical information that will be used to analyze your issue. NO passwords are included in this information! We do NOT know or collect any password information.

4) Click the Copy button and paste it in a response to this post.

Hi,

Firefox wass listed as Installed, but doesn't appear in the Caption Button list. I uninstalled from Supported browsers, then reinstalled again but the same problem remains. I use Firefox version 13.0.1 and the extension is active in my firefox extensions list.

I see all my accounts in the database, and autofilling seems to work in firefox. The issue started when U upgraded to the latest version 6 of sticky password from my older version 5 I think it was. Please note that I'm using the portable version.

same problem here. i can see Sticky Password button in Firefox anche Chrome, but if i click on it nothing happens.
today i have done a clean installation of Firefox 13.0.1 but the problem persist
