Sticky Password Not Showing in IE 10 (Windows 8)

Just upgraded to Windows 8 (full retail release version ... not beta/candidate -- I get copies of Microsoft products in advance of actual release to the public).

The Sticky Password add-in is not showing in Internet Explorer 10. (Note: it is still installed for Chrome and Firefox.)

The Sticky Password Setting/Supported Browsers shows that it is installed.

Thoughts on what settings might be preventing it from showing in the IE 10 browser interface.
