Google Chrome Version 24.0.1312.52 m

Hi,

tried several times ti install and uninstall AddOn for latest german Chrome. The button shows in the upper right corner, but is always greyed out and unclickable. AutoFill also does not work.

Any clues?

It is not much help to you, but I have never had any problem with Chrome. I am now running v 24.0.1312.52 m and SP 6.0.0.445 stable on a Win7x64 computer.

Have you checked that the SP extension is enabled? Have you restarted Chrome? Rebooted the computer?

Thanks, did all this, my problem is not solved. Using the same versions as you. My installation is in GERMAN. Might there be a difference to the engish version?

I do not believe the browser interface language is of any importance, but never say no. You can try it for yourself WITHOUT HAVING TO REINSTALL CHROME:

> Click the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar
> Select 'Einstellungen' (Settings)
> Scroll down: Click 'Erweiterte Enstellungen anzeigen' (Show advanced settings)
> Section 'Sprache' (Languages), click 'Einstellungen für Sprachen und Rechtschreibprüfung' (Languages and spell-checker settings)
> If you don't see 'English' (or whatever language you want) listed, click 'Hinzufügen' (Add), select the desired language from the drop down menu, click OK
> On the right side, click 'Google Chrome in dieser Sprache anzeigen' (Display Google Chrome in this language')

So, nearly finished.

just received an update for StickyPassword. Installed it and re-installed Chrome and the add-on. Now the upper right Sticky Password icon got it's function, but autofill does not work.

SP settings > Supported browsers: “Installed” is displayed on the Chrome line? (And not Uninstalled or Invalid)
In Chrome (about:plugins): “Sticky Password - Version: 6.0.7.436” is displayed and enabled?
I doubt this is to any help, but the autofill is working well on my computer (Chrome 24.0.1312.56 m/Firefox 18.0.1/Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421).

BTW, do you have another Chrome version? (.52)

Seems to be no problem by now for me to work with Chrome. Let's stop this feed and wait for the next Chrome update to come.

please try to reinstall Google Chrome without saving settings. It should help.
