microsoft Access 2003 closes prematurely

open Access db file, select datasheet view - OK
Now, select design view - Access prog closes - no alarms, or warnings
if you select design view first, you must then go to datasheet view and try to go
back to design view, Access will close.
This prob occurs with SPwd 6 Free & Pro
If there are other probs with Office 2003 and SPwd 6, I didn't notice them.
