When I started Sticky PW this morning after entering my PW when it went to synchronize I received error 1003 (see image below) I then noticed the information at the bottom of the screen that explained what that code meant. Which I must say was very nice addition to version 7.
I then went to adjust my clock and I noticed that my system clock had one time and the internet time had a different time. I believe that is what caused the error message to appear. Once I adjust the time where both time clocks were the same, everything was back to normal. All in less than a couple of minutes.
Hello everyone, despite this issue can be fixed by a workaround, we would like to find out the real reason of this. It seems that this issue is caused by some non-standard characters in the Account Name or Login or Password or by some very long Account name. Can you please export your databases to XML format and have a look for some characters mentioned above?
Have same issues with 9107 error. But first time all worked perfectly well. All my actions i was described in ticket 155744 (i'm from Russia and for more details i used russian language). Check this and i am hoping it will help you recreate the error and fix it
Could not find anything special. All records where had strange characters or long names have an account on the first PC and it is synchronized well. I had to export a text file, xml was completely empty.
Please close Sticky Password completely. Navigate to the folder "My Documents" and locate spLog.log - delete it, start Sticky Password, reproduce the issue and attach the newly created log here or to our support queue at email@example.com
