American Express Autofill fails

Windows 7 x64 Professional, SP V4.1.0.188, Default Browser IE8 (32-bit version)

Referencing the link below in the Beta 4.1 section of the forum, I am still encountering problems with the secure link of American Express website.

SP V4.1.0.188 fails to autofill the username and password at

https://home.americanexpress.com/home/mt_personal.shtml?

This was not an issue in SP V4.0.

I have been able to isolate what appears to be causing the problem. I use SpywareBlaster v4.3 by Javacool. In the Restricted Sites protection, SpywareBlaster restricts doubleclick.net. If I unrestrict doubleclick.net, SP V4.1.0.188 works perfectly on the American Express website.

Also, even with doubleclick.net restricted, if I manually log into the AMex site, then log out, and then go back to the log in page, SP V4.1.0.188 will autofill properly. (Note that I run CCleaner randomly which clears out the Temporary Internet Files folder. After running CCleaner, SP V4.1.0.188 is not able to autofill the Amex site on the first login.)

I have deleted the AMEX account and rebuilt it after installing SP V4.1.0.188. This did not resolve the issue.

Will this problem with the AMEX website be resolved so that SP V4.1 autofills again?

V4.1.1.190 did not fix this issue with the Amex website login.

I was hopeful that this issue would be fixed in Beta V5.0.0.170. However, the Beta is not automatically entering the sign in info for this website. SP version prior to 4.1 worked fine on this website.
