Improve the wizard of Portable version

Hi,

I use the portable version several software to my home and my work.
So I copy the folder contains the program and copy everywhere and it's work.

About the portable version of Sticky password, I have create a version with the wizard.
First, I have selected an other drive (not a usb).
I've selected the "C:\" drive.
Your wizard has created an autorun.ini on the root of "C:\" + a launcher and last but not least the folder with sticky password.

I think it's a good idea to purpose to the user to create or not an autorun.ini and the launcher and allow to choose the path where you want to put the portable version.

I wonder also if all path to Database and backup are relative to the executable and if it still works when I move the folder.
