Sticky not asking to save info about my credit union

Sticky asked to save the info about my credit union and seemed to do so. But whenever I used Sticky it would go to my credit union home page but would not populate the ID or Password fields. Now 5 months latter, I deleted my credit union from Sticky. I attempted to reenter my credit union into Sticky but Sticky didn't ask any question nor did it add my credit union to Sticky.

How can I enter my credit union in Sticky and get Sticky to spit out the ID and Password to my credit unions home page?

You can add an account to the database manually. Click on the Caption Button in the upper right corner of your browser while being on the site and select "Add account" from the menu.
