Import from Roboform2go v 7.7.0

I see that someone asked about this same issue back in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=6498&p=7203&hilit=roboform+memos&sid=e2c65360b0fec0c45fe5924ea7f72989#p7203

I imported over 300 login passcards from Roboform into the Trial version of Sticky Password 5.0.6.247. Instead of importing them as accounts, Sticky Password imported them as memos.

Is there a fix for this bug? If not, I am very disappointed, considering it has been almost exactly a year since the last poster asked about this.

Hi laurdet,

we have made several fixes during this period and it should work correctly. But it´s possible that Roboform made some additional changes in their new build.

In order to assist us in resolving your issue, kindly send us the information included in the Sticky Password 'System info' file.

The System info file can be found by

1) Right-clicking on the Sticky Password icon in the System tray icon
2) Select Help
3) Click on "System info..."

A window will appear with the pertinent Sticky Password technical information that will be used to analyze your issue. NO passwords are included in this information! We do NOT know or collect any password information.

4) Click the Copy button and paste it in a response to this e-mail.
