Google chrome password

Hello,

I have recently downloaded a trial version of Sticky password. The problem is that it is not importing Google chrome passwords, at all! Any suggestion please?

Hello, which version of Sticky Password have you installed and which version of Google Chrome do you use?

Thanks for ur response, peter, it is sticky password trial 603368.exe. Regarding Google chrome, I am not sure! It is just Google-chrome.exe. Do you know how figure it out? BTW, my PC is brand new, only 2 months old, with a pre-installed Google chrome. Thanks a lot!

There is a little screwdriver icon in the upper-right corner in Chrome - click that, go to About Google Chrome and you will see the version of it.

OK so you have previously saved some passwords in Google Chrome and when you try to Import it to Sticky Password, what do you get? Do you do that through Import - Google Chrome - Load Passwords?

It imports only bookmarks from Google chrome nothing else, even when I register a new password, it doesn't ask me to add it to sticky password as in case of internet explorer where it imports passwords and ask me to add new passwords if any.

Yes, I have many saved passwords on Google chrome. except yahoo mail, which not saved because of Google chrome itself!

Also please can you post here a screenshot of the import, when you press the Load passwords button?

Have you find our application logo in systray? You have to right-click on that and select Help - System info.

I am sorry, I am still not able to get you. What I did so far is, I searched for systray in the search box, a software icon has appeared with an exe extension, I clicked on it many times, it was just futile! No opening at at all!

Would you kindly clarify more where and How I search for it, please?

Seems like you have installed Chrome here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\

But usually it is installed to the user data folder C:\Users\%UserName%\ ...

How have you do that?

Actually, it was preinstalled on my PC when I bought it, Peter.

Please try to close Google Chrome and also check if chrome.exe is not in running processes. After that, try to import it to Sticky Password again.
