Duplicate Domain Names Issue

Second post of this since the first was apparently thought in error to be SPAM:

My wife and I have several instances in which we each have a unique account with the same business (a bank for instance), and while each account requires a unique user ID and password, both accounts obviously utilize the same domain name for the sign on screen. When I attampt to set up the second account within Sticky Pro 6, the application warns of a duplicate domain and refuses to allow the second set up. I have searched both the application help facility and your web site and am unable to find a solution.

Dear Lou,

it´s not possible to add more accounts for one URL but you can add more Logins for one account.

To do that, insert second login details to the login form and Sticky Password will ask you if you would like to add another login for an existing account.

You can do that also by clicking on the Caption button in the upper right corner of your browser while being on the website - select Edit account from the menu - Add Login.

When you navigate to the site next time, you will get a pop-up bubble with available logins to choose.

Thank you so much for the fast and informative response. With your help, I puzzeled my way through one, so I think I understand; however, I seem to have another issue.

Even though Sticky 6 loads on PC start up (it is in the system tray on lower right with time/date, etc.), it does not automatically load as a browser add-on when I run IE9. This means that Sticky does not recognize a logon screen if I load it via the browser. It does seem to add to the browser either when I manually add an account through Sticky or when I access an account already loaded into Sticky. I have been through all of the setup options, and Sticky does "know" I am running IE9.

Any ideas? Sorry to be such a pest.

could you please specify which Logon screen do you mean? Does Sticky Password autofill your accounts saved in the database when you use IE9? Have you tried it also with some other browser?

Sorry to be unclear. The "logon screen" to which I am referring in my question is that of any secured web site to which I must provide a user ID and password. I would think that once I provide the master Sticky password (for access to Sticky), Sticky would automatically load to the browser if the browser were already open or at the time the browser is opened.

I have 17 web accounts set up in Sticky and no, IE is the only browser I use. Safari is installed because I have an iPad, but I do not use it as a browser. To use Sticky for accessing an account, I right-click the Sticky icon in the quick launch tool bar and then left-click the particular site desired.

After some experimentation, it appears to me as though Sticky does not automatically load and remain loaded to IE9 after I enter the master Sticky password. This could be incorrect though.

are you using a 32bit version or a 64bit version of IE? Unfortunately at this time Sticky password doesn´t support 64bit applications.

I am using IEx64..rats!

you can simply use the 32bit version if IE. It should be also included in your system. Just run this version and it should work correctly.
