Firefox 17/Thunderbird 17

I just upgraded from Sticky Password 5 to 6.

I've found that it does not work with either Firefox 17 or Thunderbird 17 so, for now, 6.0 is not very useful for me.

For Firefox I've gone to Add-On/Extensions and it says 'not compatible.'

For Thunderbird I went to Add-On/Extensions and it is not showing as 'not compatible,' but the Sticky Password setting are showing both Firefox AND Thunderbird as Invalid. Neither is working at the moment.

Did I make a mistake in paying for an upgrade that in not compatible with the browser/email I use?

Following your instructions:

1. Sticky Password is unlocked

2. I have the latest version of Sticky Password Pro 6 which I downloaded yesterday.

3. This solved the problem for Firefox 17, HOWEVER

I tried all of the steps for Thunderbird 17 and none of them worked. I note these steps seem to be just for a browser no an email client like Thunderbird. I still have the same problem with Sticky Password not working with Thunderbird 17. How do I fix that? I made sure the setting in Thunderbird was NOT set to remember passwords.

Hi,

please send us this issue and your system info to our support address support@stickypassword.com.

The System info file can be found by

1) Right-clicking on the Sticky Password icon in the System tray icon
2) Select Help
3) Click on "System info..."

A window will appear with the pertinent Sticky Password technical information that will be used to analyze your issue. NO passwords are included in this information! We do NOT know or collect any password information.

4) Click the Copy button and paste it in a response to this e-mail.
