Unable to click the sticky password button

Hi there,

So I have the pro version of sticky password and I am using firefox 17.0, now for some unknown reason i am unable to click the sticky password caption button, which usually brings down a drop down menu. The button works because if i lock sticky password and click the button it comes up with the box to unlock it but no drop down menu appears now.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please navigate to Settings - Supported browsers and check if Firefox is listed as "Installed". If it´s not installed, install it by pressing the "Install" button. If it's installed, uninstall it by pressing the "Uninstall" button and then reinstall it by pressing the "Install" button".

Also you can send this issue to our support support@stickypassword.com where we can solve it with our technicians.

However I have already tried what you suggested as well as reinstalling sticky password completely as well as Firefox would i be better off emailing support for this issue?

Sorry for my english.The same problem on FF 18 portable Edition.Plugin is installed on FF and also in SP settings.Crashing FF after some time.It is bug )))

Hi,

The problem with Firefox 18 is known. Our developers will fix it as soon as possible. However it should work correctly with Firefox 17. Please send us this problem to our support.
