- implemented fixes for Firefox 18 crashes
- added support for Firefox/Thunderbird 19 and Seamonkey 2.16
- fixed popup window size - it is now limited by screen size

sticky password seems to work ok on IE10. IE10 is not set as my default browser. when I launch from quick access it always uses IE. how can I make it use my default browser?
