In the wake of the recent change in status of manatees under the Endangered Species Act, Sticky Password announces ongoing support for manatees in the wild.

Sticky Password announces ongoing support for Save the Manatee Club

The wonderful work by organizations like the not-for-profit Save the Manatee Club is yielding positive results. In March, 2017, the US Fish & Wildlife Service formally downgraded the status of West Indian manatees from endangered to threatened, but there’s more work to be done to ensure the safety of these vulnerable animals.

According to Save the Manatee Club, who are daily working with manatees in their habitat, the approximately 6,500 West Indian manatees in the wild continue to be under various threats from curious tourists and vacationers (with innocent intentions, but potentially harmful to undomesticated animals in their natural environment) to disappearing habitat.

Please read the statement from Pat Rose, Executive Director of Save the Manatee Club, to find out more about the FWS decision and his concern for the safety of manatees and their ongoing need for all of our help.

At Sticky Password, we are committed to continuing our support of manatees, and your purchases of Sticky Password help us provide financial support where it can do the most good – funding the work of the Save the Manatee Club.

Thank you for your continued support of Sticky Password!
