User is still in charge of where the passwords will go (nowhere, over the WiFi, over th...

Re: Lifetime account smart business model?

Hi Marc, thank you for your reply. We totally understand your concern and actually it is great you are cautious in choosing companies. In that way you always choose the best one right? Or limit the risks as close to zero as possible. Yes, we know about the high prices of 1Password and also other com...

Hello, can you please go to Menu - Settings and click "Save"? It may refresh the settings and it should fix this.

Thank you

Re: Where are data files stored locally?

Hello, your database is stored usually in your Documents. The file is called default.spdb

The location should be C:\Users\User_Name\Documents\Sticky Passwords\default.spdb

Can you check what is set in one of your accounts settings? Go to the Account details to the database, click the "gear" icon on the top right position and see what is in the "Default browser" value

Re: Unwanted icon on my taskbar

It should be in the taskbar only if some window of Sticky Password is opened. Maybe some dialog is hidden somewhere. What happens after you Unlock the database and close all Sitcky Password windows?

Can you post here your system info from systray-help-system information?

Re: multiple fields

I know it is in the version 6 topic, but do you really have Sticky Password 6 or 7? Because these two versions are pretty similar in functionality and should be in this case almost the same. However you should navigate in the database to the account you want to set up and in v7 click on the gear ico...

Re: cache

On both platforms (Android and iOS) the embedded browsers cache is being deleted every time the user shuts down the application (or the app is killed by the system, typically because the system needs to free some resources, this is happening “in the background” without letting the user know). This d...
