I'm having trouble setting up 3 web accounts. Setting up the first one works as advertised. When I try to add another account I get the message "An account with that link already exists. It is linked to domain: https//ww4.janus.com/* " These accounts all use the same login page. How can I get around the account link conflict?

I guess you are adding the accounts manully in the main GUI windows, right?
You should better leave Sticky do the right thing for you - simply open the website and log in (enter the login and password); Sticky will ask you if you want to add new Login to the already existing account... which is also what you should do if you do it manually in the main GUI window.

I have an application that requires a security question to be answered after submitting my password that sticky password inserts. Is there a way to also have that security question answered in sticky password? or is tha a manual process that I will have to continue to do.

it depends if the security question is still the same or if there are more changing options. If the question is still the same, it should be possible to set a "value" for this field using the Manual Form Edit feature. Then the reply will be automatically pasted to this field. If there are more options, it won´t be possible because Sticky Password is not able to recognize which question is currently asked during the login process.
