Sync problem with iOS7

Hi all,

sorry about my bad english....

I can`t sync with my iPhone 5 (iOS7) and My StickyPortal.

I receive the following errors:

Unknown error, connection problem and The configuration format is incorrect

In MyStickyAccount I see license typ PRO, expires at 11/21/2014, the correct account eMailaddress and the correct password. On the web I will sea the device.

I have one desktop licence and one online license.

The dektob version of StixkyPassowrd 7 works with sync without any problem.

What is the mistake?

I have delete the app from my iPhone, restart, install new, take the existing account and can`t login :-(

No problem, i think Sticky 7 and iPhone/Smartphone synchronisation is it a very good product.

Hello,

i have resolve my problem:

1. Export all entrys as sticky 7 data base
2. Delete all files in the sticky folder on my pc
3. Delete the default.spdb with iTunes
4. Delete all data on my sticky account
5. Create a new default.spdb on my laptop
6. Synchronize with my sticky account
7. Import all entrys from the exported default.spdb
8. Synchronize with my sticky account
9. Login from my iPhone on my sticky account
10. Synchronization will work on booth devices

I think, the data base was corrupted

I can login and sync without error, but I dont see any data on my iphone afterwards :/

edit: nevermind, a disconnected and connected my sticky account in settings and data synced correctly.

I keep running into a problem on my iphone 5s. I keep getting "Error Subscription has expired." I removed the app and re-enter and it fixed it for a few days. Removed the app and re-entered again today, but still get the same error. I also tried entering my license number on the phone, but that did not help. Anyone know of a fix?

is your installation connected correctly to your StickyAccount? Has your StickyAccount been activated with a License Key?
