Improved Editing Features/Layout

Consider providing simpler access to common options when editing Web Accounts and App Accounts. Also, expand comments box so it is more credible without the need to scroll (allow 6-10 lines of text).

So you are actually saying "get back what we had in SP6", right?
It makes perfect sense to me... that "Options" button (or whatever should be its name) wasn't a good move usability-wise, IMHO...

Personally, I would just take the SP6 design, change the UI-wise rather incorrect "More >>" and "<< Less" buttons to more modern progressive disclosure controls (probably the chevrons, see ... 11487.aspx) and that's it, problem solved...
