Dell Account Sign In

V4.0.2.164 does not automatically fill in password on Dell.com account sign in. If I initiate the fill via the Caption Button, it does fill in the info okay.

thank you for your feedback. It works without problems on my machine so we need to know your system info.

Could you please send it at support@stickypassword.com? Also please copy the description of the issue to the e-mail.

The System info file can be found by

1) Right-clicking on the Sticky Password icon in the System tray icon
2) Select Help
3) Click on "System info..."

A window will appear with the pertinent Sticky Password technical information that will be used to analyze your issue. NO passwords are included in this information! We do NOT know or collect any password information.

4) Click the Copy button and paste it in a response to this e-mail.

This issue is fixed. Deleting the SP entry and creating a new account entry resolved the problem. Thanks for your attention to this.
