Why should I backup my Sticky Password database?

Post by ondrej.novak » Wed Sep 15, 2010 3:00 pm

During the installation of the Beta version, all of the data from your existing database will automatically be imported into Sticky Password 5.0 Beta. We recommended that you save a copy of your current password database. This will simplify a return to your earlier version of Sticky Password, in case you need to do so.

yes, you can make a backup of your 4.1 database but... every change you make to the database in the 5.0 beta version is lost if you want to go back to version 4.1 (i.e. if you experience to many problems with the beta version)!!!

Hi andre52,

yes, this is unfortunately right. But due to changes in the Sticky Password 5 database file we were unable to do it other way.
