Aeroplan Login Problem

Postby MentholMoose » Thu Oct 07, 2010 4:03 pm

Hi,

1) I can't paste my Login in multiple fields (http://www2.aeroplan.com/landing/process.do?lang=E). I defined my fields with the Manual Form Edit (3 characters in each field) by specifying value, but it put all the Login in the first field.

Ex:
My Login is 123456789 and I put "123" in the 1st field, "456" in the 2nd and "789" in the 3rd.

2) Also the "Delete" drop-down menu in the Manual Form Edit display "Clear All" twice instead of "Clear" & "Clear All".

Regards.

Hi,

please try to set it in Manual Form Edit like this:

1st field - Login (123)
2nd field - Value (456)
3rd field - Value (789)

4th field - Password

It should work in this way. Please let me know if it fixed your issue.

Hi,

Only the 1st field is filled, the other ones are empty! Even if I put the login (3 first digits) in the 1st one.

There's also the "Delete" drop-down menu in the Manual Form Edit display "Clear All" twice instead of "Clear" & "Clear All".

Regards,

Jocelyn

Hi,

thank you for your feedback.

Have you tried to set it in the Manual Form Edit as I wrote you please?

And are the second and third fields filled in when you set them as "Value"?

Internet Explorer, but I just installed the latest version (5.0.0.185) and the fields are now filled correctly!

Thanks!
