I want to buy SP4 and get 25% off but...

i am still waiting for the german version of Sticky Password 4!

- when will the german version be ready and available? (date)
- until when does the 25% off offer exist (date)?

Hi Petr!

I purchased 4.0 and everything is fine ;)

I just noticed that my SP will take several minutes and is like "frozen" when i do changes in the configuration and then press OK.

Even if i click on "Configuration" and then press OK without changing anything, SP will take minutes to react again and close the config window.

Is this normal???

Hi!

Yes ... it even occurs after i unlocked Sticky Password.

1. I unlock Sticky Password with my master password.
2. Then everything is like freezed and not doing anything for like 1 minute.
3. Then the passwords open (database managing window)
4. After the database window opened everything freezed again for 1 minute.
5. Not till then i can close this window and everything works smooth and fine.

After this freeze sessions everything works fine for hours.
But if i edit the config or unlock SP this freezes occur.

I am currently using 108 Password entries with about 120-130 accounts/logins. which is like nothing for a password tool. i know password tools which can handle thousands of passwords/entries. But something is wrong :(

I de-installed my old version (3.4) and made the installatin of 4.0 on a "clean" pc.
Licence Key is valid and used.

No sorry, i won't. Beside the fact that i already invested several hours in here and waiting for the program to react this would be additonal extravagant expenses you can't demand from me.

If i buy software and spend money for it, i expect that it is working in general and main important features.
SP 3.4 worked perfectly but 4.0 is only making trouble.

Can i have my money back?
I will use another password manager who isnt bugy or making trouble and is also free.

wouldn't it be nice customer care if YOU would check with YOUR support team as you know what the problem is and giving me response here then? I really don't have the time or can't be bothered to explain all this again to someone else :cry:

Yes, we are doing this, but your issue requires knowing your system information and all your information what you have provided to us will be added to the support ticket so we will only gather additional information to be able to reproduce this issues and fix it as soon as possible. Since this forum is public and any one can go through it, for some users it is not desired to share their system information here.

Another information in the meanwhile:
I noticed that the network traffic (my LAN-Card) is also kind of blocked as long as sticky password is "freezed".
I had a download running of a big file which downloaded full speed. Then i unlocked my Sticky Password and as in this moment sticky password freezes for like 40-80 seconds also the download stoped but continued after sticky password were available again.

Weird he? Could it be that Sticky Password got problems with Firefox 3.5.6 ???

Please contact me by email if you or you techteam needs more information. Thix "bug" or error needs to be fixed as it is extremly annoying to have my pc freezed several times a day :(
