Went back to V5, since I really don't like that I have to open the GUI each time I want to access a secure memo....

When purchasing something from an online store, I've noticed that the Identity feature doesn't consistently/correctly fill in all the credit card/shipping. And, there doesn't appear to be a way to manually edit the site fields w/i SP so it recognizes what the fields are for (as we have for web password access).

For example, go to warnfactoryoutlet.com and simulate a purchase.

On the shipping address page
-- the ZipCode is a +5 type with a field for the main zip code (SP fills this in correctly) and a field for the +5 portion. SP puts the main Zip Code in this field.
-- it does not fill out the email address
On the Payment page it doesn't enter the CVV code.

I've also been on a number of sites where the Expiration Month and Card type are not filled in.

Hi nick,

many thanks for the info. Could you please send us the list of these problematic URLs? If it´s possible, you can add also the problematic fields to the list.

Thank you.

Sticky Password Beta 6

Postby vitalykim » Fri Feb 17, 2012 2:57 am

I am also trialing Sandboxie as well on Windows 7 x64 and have the same issue. I have Sticky Password v5.05 installed since a while and I do not have that key in the registry either.
However I did find that key in HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareLamantineSticky Password instead of Local_Machine. Anyway of getting this to work?

Thanks

UPieper wrote:Yes, thanks for the new SP6 beta! It installed nicely on both my XP/WIN7 OS and I didn't see any problems yet.

One thing I noticed though, is that it's not possible anymore to access secure memos from the tray icon. Please, please re-introduce it. I'm storing quite some info there (eg pins/tans from bank and phones, etc) and it's nice to access that info as fast as possible. Maybe, you could even think about adding a possibility to access the list of secure memos via a hotkey?

Regards,

UP

I too like to have the "access secure memos" from the tray icon. I am with you, please re-introduce it at least with the final version.

A bit late in downloading and installing version 6. I do like the new GUI, Easy to navigate and get around.

Installed right over version 5 without any problems at all. I plan on putting it through its paces.

Thanks for having such a nice program.

With the latest Firefox Beta Sticky Password 6 works without problems.

Do you have any other version of Firefox Beta?

At present I have not been able to get the plug-in for Firefox to work. I do have the old plug-in (version 5.0.6.247) and Firefox has it disabled. I will remove it from Firefox and attempt to install the plug-in with Sticky PW 6 beta.

I was running Firefox 11, beta and final, and Sticky PW worked for me fine.

I uninstalled the Firefox plug-in (the one that was set when I installed Sticky PW 5) through Sticky PW 6 beta and then re-installed the plug-in, again through Sticky PW 6 beta, and Firefox 12 b2 disabled it (see image)

We recommend to use stable/final/official release of Firefox, there can be several changes in Beta version of Firefox and we can not keep up, but we will support it when it will become official.
