StickyPassword and Chrome 11.0.696.65

Postby Number9 » Tue May 17, 2011 4:02 pm

Hello,

I am currently evaluating StickyPassword. I am using it with both FireFox 4 and Chrome 11. StickyPassword works just fine with FireFox 4. I add a website, save it, and log in and out successfully. I try the same website under chrome and I am unable to log in and get an message from StickyPassword saying "Cannot populate login and password for the Account... The password has been temporarily copied to the clipboard..."

Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks.

Hi,

which version of Sticky Password is installed on your computer please?

Do you see the Sticky Password Caption Button in the upper right corner of your browser please?

Best regards,

Hi,

thanks for your reply.

Do you have these problems with all saved accounts please?

Please check if Google Chrome is listed as "Installed" in Settings - Supported browsers.

If it´s not installed, install it by pressing the "Install" button.

If it´s installed, uninstall it by pressing the "Uninstall" button and reinstall it by pressing the "Install" button.
