After reinstall the sticky - see this error while try to sync 9103. Send question to support, but except bug information they told nothing.

Please support team talk to me, i have bought the programm and after reinstall it and get the error i can't active it, i have trial period now but after trial period end what i should do?

So my trial period is off. What should i do? When the problem will be solved? Why noone talks to me and not answer to my e-mails?
