Hi,

unfortunately Italian localization is not in our nearest plans mainly because we don´t have a distributor or other partner in this country. However we keep looking for them and if we´ll find someone interested in distribution of Sticky Password in Italy, we will definitely add Italian localization. I hope that until then, English localization will do the job for you.

Thank you for understanding.

Best regards,

hello,

any news about an Italian translation?
Relying on pro translators services is a good thing, not so much if it delays a feature by whole years.
I'm far away from wanting to discuss your company choices, yet I'd like to contribute my opinion that the local distributor-based model has aged quickly, from a sales standpoint; the more so from a technical/feature/support standpoint.

I'll leave this note here, don't want to start a new thread for it:
In genereal, if you're going to entice new customers away from lastpass, as per the recent developments, your product should be solid under many aspects, spacing from the most complex to the simplest ones, like the local translations above.

thanks

hi,

unfortunately the situation is still the same. We have not found a partner/distributor interested in distributing Sticky Password in Italy yet, so the italian localization was not added.

I see that you're currently selling also via internet, not locally.
And besides, years have passed in the meantime.

I would invite you to reconsider a non-professional translation work, maybe through services line ackuna.
You'll always be in time to replace the "amateur" version with a professional one, whan an if a distributor is found.
And a decent translation is always way better than no translation at all, at least given the current situation.
Just my 2 cents.
thanks

hi,

in the past we were using non-professional translations, but found out that just having the translation of the product itself is not sufficient. There is also need of creating translation of the FAQs and tutorials, and also the customer support for that language (which do customers expect, when the language localization exists).
