Sticky Password Beta 6 & Caption Buttons

Sticky Password Beta 6 & Caption Buttons

Postby ketrout » Sat Mar 24, 2012 1:58 am

Sticky Password Beta 6 states that it supports both Opera and Google Chrome (see below image) browsers. I have both Opera and Google Chrome installed. When I click on the "Caption Button in settings it only shows that the caption button for IE is installed and Opera and Google Chrome are neither installed nor are they listed with the uninstalled browsers (see image below).

Am I the only one that is having this issue?

Hi,

Opera, Google Chrome and Firefox have the Caption Button located in the toolbar of the browser. So it´s not possible to change it´s location or to remove it.

Hello,

Yes, I do understand that the caption buttons are in the toolbar, I was only curious why it would not show up as being installed (like IE is listed).

Thank you for your reply.

Hi,

listed in Settings - Caption Button are recently only these browsers where the Caption Button can be edited.

We will improve Settings section in the future and we will for sure include also your suggestion.

I just installed Firefox 12 beta 3, and uninstalled the old Sticky Password plug-in. Then I installed the latest version of Sticky Password beta 6 (6.0.10284) and the Firefox plug-in.

Sticky Password beta 6 is now working as it should in Firefox 12 beta 3. I will test it on various websites to make sure those are working as well.

Thanks for the updated version of Sticky Password beta 6.
