Citibank has apparentally changed their log in method in recent days. I can log in manually to https://creditcards.citi.com; however, when SP automatically enters the username and password, a log in error is generated by the website.
Citibank has done something to the User Name field. With SP not running, when the User Name is typed in, the website puts astericks in all fields except the first 2 and last 2 characters of the user name. This is somehow screwing up SP's ability to enter the User Name. If I let SP enter the User Name and Password, I cannot log on. If I retype the User Name and leave the password as entered by SP, I can log on.
