To export your passwords from RoboForm 7:

1. Click on the RoboForm TaskBar icon
2. Select “Editor
3. Click on the “RoboForm button” (in the top left corner of the RoboForm Editor window)
4. Select “Print list...”
5. Select „Passcards
6. Enter your RoboForm Master Password if necessary
7. Let the Print list window opened

To import RoboForm exported passwords into Sticky Password:

1. Click on the Sticky Password system tray icon
2. Select “Manage Database
3. Click on “Import” (in the bottom part of the window)
4. Select “AI Roboform passcards” from the list and press “Load passwords...
5. Select the possibility Load from running AI Roboform instance (click on the button “AI Roboform…”)
6. Select each checkbox with the data that you would like to import.
7. Once you have completed your selection, click “Import” to begin importing passwords and data into Sticky Password. During the import process, Sticky Password will compare the data in both databases. When conflicting data are found, you will be prompted by the Merge operation conflict dialog to decide whether to overwrite the current Sticky Password Account with the imported data, or to create a new Account in Sticky Password.
8. After Sticky Password has imported the passwords you have selected, you will be prompted to remove passwords still retained in the system cache. Click the box to Remove passwords from system cache, and then select “Only imported passwords” or “All unprotected passwords”. Click “Remove” to clear the passwords from the system cache, or “Finish” to exit the Import process without deleting the passwords.

If these instructions from Sticky Password do not work, then the following worked perfect for me. The following did not save all my accounts as secure memos but, as account logins. as it should.

1 Download and install the latest version (2)of the freeware password program Keepass.
2. Import Roboform7 passcards to Keepass using Keepass. You will need to save the Roboform print file.
3. Export and save the passcards from Keepass as a .xml file.
4 Backup any passwords you have in Sticky Password, in case this does not work.
5. Important! Open Sticky Password manage database and delete all items. You need a clean slate.
6. Import passwords from Keepass file you just saved, using Sticky Password > manage database > import > Keepass >load passwords.

This worked for me using the latest version of Roboform 7.8.6.5 Hope it also works for you.

As far as I know, import from Roboform print file should work fine in Sticky Password, i.e. you don't need this harakiri with Keepass and deleting all your data...

The point why people are having problems with reading data directly from Roboform print preview window is that Roboform suddenly changed the design of this window in some of the previous RF7 builds and the process doesn't work with this new window.

But it's possible to switch back to the old print preview window design in Roboform's options and the process works just fine:
Click on the RoboForm TaskBar icon, select “Options – User Data” and uncheck the “PrintList shows new dialog” option. Press “OK”.

This does not work for me using Roboform 7 because Sticky Password imports all of my Roboform logins to the Sticky Password "My Secure Memos" section. I do not know why it does this. But going thru Keepass it imports them to the "Web Accounts" section where I can use auto fill of login forms.

What version of Sticky Password are you using?

I just quickly checked here with RoboForm 7.8.6.5 and Sticky Password 6.0.8.437 - using both import methods (directly from the Print Preview window and from the HTML file saved from the print preview window) all RoboForm Logins were correctly loaded into Sticky as Accounts...

EDIT:
Same with Sticky Password 5.0.13.263 - all OK.
