Can your company see my Master Password or stored data?

No. Your database is always stored in an encrypted format (using the AES-256 encryption algorithm) and protected by your Master Password. We do not have your Master Password. The encrypted database is accessible only on your devices. Even when you choose to take advantage of the secure Sticky Password cloud backup, the encrypted database cannot be accessed in the cloud - only on your devices.

That also means that if you forget your Master Password, we are not able to recover it for you. For this reason, be sure to save your Master Password in a safe place where you can recover it, in case you do forget it.
